Hi Queens,
Hope you had a wonderful Easter. We enjoyed being with family and hiding Easter eggs. Nice relaxed day and blessed with wonderful church services.
Looking forward to seeing y'all Wed evening at Stellar Beans, 5:30 pm. Please contact Val if you still need your food ordered.
Neil White is scheduled to skype about 7 pm. Have your questions ready!
Does anyone want to volunteer to be discussion leader? Let me know, first one I hear from will be it.
Check your calendars for Sat May 21 for Boogie for Books sponsored by the Literacy Council. They suggested helping with the story-telling tent, reading books to young children or even as ticket takers and various helpers. I believe the event is from 3 pm to 10 pm
Those of you who have paid your $10 activity fee will have your names on the bookplates. If you haven't paid and want the bookplates, let me know and I can include you and you can pay Wed evening. I'll be sending them off to David Greenwood for The Rhinestone Sisterhood this week.
Queen Tracey has agreed to chair the committee to plan M L Malcolm's visit in July. Also working with her are Queens Keri, Phyllis Stine, Beverly Martin and Marilyn Bonnette. Thank you! We will be looking for some kind of theme for the visit.
Also, will need a committee to plan Kathryn Casey's visit in August.
See you Wed
Love you
Kay
